Terms of Service

1. Access and usage

• Access may be suspended or revoked if these terms are violated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You may invite collaborators to your workspace; their actions are deemed authorised by you and your studio.

2. Customer content

• You retain ownership of all lore, quests, timelines, and assets stored in LoreFoundry.
• You grant 71 Studios for Games Development a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver LoreFoundry functionality and support services.
• You confirm you have the rights to upload any material you store in the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use LoreFoundry for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for behaviour that threatens the security or stability of the service.

4. Confidentiality

Certain materials, including product roadmaps, pricing, and unreleased features, are confidential. You agree not to disclose them without our written consent.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

LoreFoundry is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue features without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

71 Studios for Games Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LoreFoundry. Liability is capped at the fees (if any) paid during the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
